A Simpler, More Secure Way to Scale Radiology
StreamDx replaces fragmented systems with a unified platform — enabling secure image access, reporting, and AI integration through a single, controlled architecture.
One Integration. Unlimited Capability.
With StreamDx, you integrate once — via HL7 or FHIR — into the Edge Server. That single connection unlocks everything your radiology department needs.
At the core is the StreamDx Edge Server, deployed within your hospital, acting as a secure gateway between your internal systems and the cloud.
Deployed within your hospital — acting as the single secure gateway to the entire StreamDx cloud ecosystem.

From Raw Image to Finalised Report
StreamDx delivers a complete, secure pipeline — from the moment a scan is taken at the hospital to the final report delivered by a remote radiologist, all without patient-identifiable data leaving your facility.
Study is sent from the hospital — either direct from modality, EMR or PACS.
Study is pseudo-anonymised and compressed locally before it leaves the hospital and is sent to the StreamDx Edge DC.
Control headers are inserted and sent forward for final ingestion into the AI models in the StreamDx AI Marketplace.
AI Models read the images and route the scan back to the customer's PACS, EMR, RIS and the AI Reporting Platform.
Radiologists securely access the AI Reporting Platform from home to review AI-generated findings and finalise reports.
